Newsletter

The data entered in the form to register [subscription] for the newsletter is processed exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can, at any time, revoke the consent issued to store data, the email address and their being used to send the newsletter, for example, by activating the 'unsubscribe' link in the newsletter. The legality of the already performed data-processing operations remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data enabling the receipt of the newsletter and provided by you are stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and are deleted once the newsletter has been cancelled. Data that are stored for other purposes by us (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remain unaffected.

This website uses Newsletter2Go to send newsletters. The provider is Newsletter2Go GmbH, Nürnberger Straße 8, 10787 Berlin, Germany.

Newsletter2Go is a service with which the sending of newsletters can be organised and analysed. The data entered by you to receive the newsletter are stored on the servers of Newsletter2Go in Germany.

If you do not wish an analysis to be performed by Newsletter2Go, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We will make a respective link available in every newsletter message. Further, you may also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly on the website.

You can also end the subscription of the newsletter at any time by sending a cancellation email to: info@schoeller-wool.com. We will then immediately delete your data that is linked to the sending of the newsletter.

By using Newsletter2Go we are able to analyse our newsletter campaigns. This means that we can e.g. see whether a newsletter message was opened and which links were clicked, if any. This way we can determine which links were clicked especially often. We are also able to recognise whether certain pre-determined actions were performed after opening/clicking (conversion rate). This means that we can, for example, determine whether you performed a purchase after clicking the newsletter. Newsletter2Go also makes it possible for us to divide recipients according to different categories ("clusters"). Here the newsletter recipients can be split into categories, for example, according to age, gender or home address. This means that the newsletter can be better adapted to the respective target group.

Detailed information on the function of Newsletter2Go can be found under the following link: https://www.newsletter2go.de/features/newsletter-software/.
